Mobile app size and build quality

Checks built APK/AAB/IPA files for oversized artifacts (APK > 100 MB high, > 50 MB medium; AAB 200/100 MB; IPA 500/200 MB), native libraries for many ABIs in one APK, large or uncompressed assets, unstripped native libraries (ELF .symtab/.debug_info) and DEX that looks neither shrunk nor renamed by R8 (heuristic). On iOS it flags large frameworks and executables. Source trees are not analysed.
